You can easily begin a conversation with Kaki by texting it on Whatsapp (+65 9821 9004) and Telegram (@OneServiceSGBot). Unlike conventional feedback forums, you can engage Kaki in a manner that is uninhibited and informal. Spotted a dirty area? Let Kaki know exactly what you saw, and it will automatically group your concerns into predetermined categories.
Interestingly, the interactivity of social messaging allows users to share real-time information such as their actual locations and relevant pictures to complement their feedback. From there, the chatbot will direct the case to the most appropriate agency in charge based on the information shared by the user.
On the rare occasion that the chatbot is unable to accurately identify the crux of the issue, it will then route users to an agent.
