About Our Neighbourhood E-Newsletter E-waste Quiz
- The following terms and conditions apply to the quiz organised by Jurong-Clementi Town Council (JRTC) conducted throughout the website.
- Entrants for the quiz shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- The quiz is valid only for residents of Jurong GRC, Bukit Batok SMC and Yuhua SMC.
- Winners will be required to produce proof of identification for verification of residential address upon prize collection.
Quiz Period
- The e-waste quiz runs from August 4 to 31, 2021.
Participation Eligibility
- Participants will need to submit their name and email address and/or phone number, answer all five questions correctly, and subscribe to our e-newsletter at http://bit.ly/2Yxd6eF, in order to stand a chance to win prizes.
- Five people with all correct answers shall be chosen at random as the winners.
- Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Use of Personal Information
- By participating in the e-waste quiz, participants are deemed to have:
- given their consent to receive emails from JRTC (the organiser), and to collect, use and disclose their personal information only for the purpose of administering the quiz.
- agreed to all terms and conditions of the quiz.
Others
- JRTC reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the quiz.
- JRTC’s decision on the winning entries is final.
- JRTC reserves the right to publish winners’ names and all submitted quiz entries on its social media platforms and in other publication materials (if any).
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JRTC (the organiser) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, withdraw or revise these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time without prior notice, and in such event the organiser shall not have any liability whatsoever.
