In order to keep up with rising maintenance and operation costs, PAP Town Councils announced in 2023 that Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) will see gradual increments over the next two years. The first increment took effect on 1 July 2023. The second increment will take effect on 1 July 2024. These fees are crucial for estate upkeep as they fund cleaning, landscaping, pest control, refuse collection, and much more.
