Bukit Batok East: Upcoming covered linkway connecting 285 Toh Guan Road to Jurong Gateway
This linkway between Toh Guan Park Estate and Jurong Gateway will make it convenient for residents to move around the estate during downpours and on exceptionally hot and sunny days.
Construction of this linkway is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.
Clementi: Enhanced adult fitness corner at Block 343 Clementi Avenue 5
It is important that the estate’s communal grounds remain contemporary and relevant to the needs of residents. That applies to this fitness corner, which was opened to the public on 4 July 2023.

Those who frequent this very popular market and food centre will be delighted to see a new sheltered linkway connecting it to Block 180 Yung Sheng Road. The project was expedited so that residents can enjoy commuting convenience without any delay.
