As we bring you the first issue of 2020, we would like to wish all our Jurong-Clementi residents a happy, healthy and peaceful Lunar New Year.
It’s with delight that we share the latest developments in the estate. In line with our push for digitalisation, we have launched the new digital telephone system that will help us provide more efficient service to our residents.
According to the recent nationwide town council management report, Jurong-Clementi Town Council has attained the green rating – the highest – in areas of estate cleanliness, maintenance, and service and conservation charges arrears management for the first half of the financial year. We are thankful for your continued support in enabling us to deliver consistent and quality service.
We would also like to emphasise the need to keep our estate clear of litter, and encourage more civic-minded practices among family and friends. Cluttering outside the units and common areas is also a practice that can pose a lot of problems such as being a fire hazard and obstructing passage during an emergency evacuation.
Let us strive towards making our neighbourhood a healthy and friendly place to live in for ourselves as well as for our fellow residents.
